Tropical Green Smoothie
This green smoothie is bursting with flavors of the tropics - mango, pineapple, banana and coconut! It’s smooth, creamy and filling, so wether you drink it for breakfast or as a snack, you’ll be so satisfied. It’s sweet, but not overly sweet, and packed with good nutrition. Drink this you’ll definitely be thinking of the tropics - beautiful blue water, glistening sand and coconut trees hovering above.

Tropical Green Smoothie

Serves: 1
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweet almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or scoop of plant-based protein powder + 1/2 cup more milk + 1/8 avocado)
1/2 banana
1/4 cup pineapple, frozen
1/4 cup mango, frozen
1 tablespoon unsweet coconut flakes
1 cup spinach
Optional boosters - 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp bee pollen, 1 tsp maca powder
Directions:
Starting with the wet ingredients first, place everything in the blender. Put the frozen ingredients in last.
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
